Automotive Technician Mechanic Office Employee
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Technician will help manage a network of inspectors throughout the country who are performing mechanical inspections on vehicles with failed components in order to verify warranty claims.
Job responsibilities will include recruiting and training inspectors to ensure coverage throughout the US, taking calls from customers regarding questions related to inspection reports, reviewing completed inspection reports to ensure completeness and accuracy and following up with inspectors regarding any discrepancies.
This is an office position! You will not be working on cars, but will be applying your mechanical knowledge in a quality control fashion. Must have at least 8 years experience working as a certified technician / mechanic.
Basic typing, phone, and customer service skills are needed.
Duration: Full Time, Regular
Normal Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Working Hour per Week: 40 hour(s)
Salary Range: 15.00 - 18.00 /Hour depending on Experience
Education
Applicants should have a High School Diploma/GED.
Experience
Applicants should have experience of 8Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
