Nurse Practitioner Pediatric Surgery Full Time Day
Description:
Reports directly to physician.
Responsible for performing duties independently following established and standardized procedures and methods referring questionable situations to physician.
Provides primary health care through assessment, diagnosis, clinical judgment and management abilities to restore, maintain and improve the health status of patients.
Performs nursing practice in the care of patients.
Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.
e.
damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors.
Requirements:
Education/Training/Certification/Licensure:
Master s degree in Nursing required.
Registered Professional Nurse with current state license; CDS and DEA.
CPR certification.
NP Certification.
Three to five years work experience as a professional nurse.
