The Interactive Department is responsible for planning, development, implementation and ongoing activities in a variety of digital media.
Job Description:
We need a highly motivated project manager that can drive a project from start to completion and has expertise with managing:
Web development (inc. mobile) and maintenance
Marketing Automation (demand and lead gen)
Emedia (web ads, emails, enewsletters)
SEM - SEO, PPC, Remarketing
App development (native and web)
Online research
Ideally you will also have programming experience that can be leveraged for smaller projects when the need arises and for light maintenance tasks.
You'll report to the VP of Interactive Services and interface regularly with creative team members and account managers. Your schedule will generally be consistent with ad agency/production environment - long days are not unusual.
Responsibilities:
Gather requirements
Participate in proposal and project scope development
Planning
Internal and external team management
Run meetings
Develop timelines
Driving and tracking projects
Ensure compliance with standards/?guidelines
Testing and quality assurance - for programming and usability
Manage deliverables
Tracking and reporting of analytics
Marketing Automation system management
Some ongoing content management
Develop SOPs
Monitor emerging technologies and advances in current standards
Skills:
Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure agency environment
Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS(2,3), JavaScript and PHP
Google Analytics and AdWords
Adept in using Wordpress and Drupal CMS's
Project management tools usage - ideally ActiveCollab open source (Basecamp clone)
MS Excel
PhotoShop (to cut and optimize)
Thorough knowledge of browser and emerging platforms compatibility
Ability to working both independently and as part of a team
Great communication, team management, scheduling, and problem solving skills
Ability to work on PC and MAC
Requirements:
The attitude that it's your responsibility to make sure a project is done right
Bachelors' degree or equivalent is preferred
No less than 2 years fulltime experience in an online project management position
B-to-b and b-to-c healthcare experience would be tremendous pluses
