The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to work accurately in a complex, fast-moving environment, and have previous experience with outdoor power equipment.
Counter Sales Associates:
Assist customers with service requests including providing estimates and quotes, receiving approval, billing, and invoicing.
Update customers of status at all intervals of orders and repairs.
Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, OTC orders.
Can read and identify parts from manufacturer diagrams and other sources.
Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.
Replenish inventory daily.
Notifies manager of out-of-stock parts, shop materials.

Submits for warranty claims reimbursement.
Registers new customer equipment purchases.
Keep current on new products and product updates.

Have computer proficiency in Word and Excel.
Maintains professional, well-groomed appearance.
Have exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to complete tasks with little supervision and work independently.
Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Physically capable of routinely bending to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
Bilingual preferred.
