Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing - Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Proficient in computerized systems and office software (e.

, Microsoft Office) - Experience in customer support or medical receptionist is a plus - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Note:
