Who are organized and dependable to join our state of the art eye care office.
The full time position approximately 35-40 hours per week with benefits.

Bilingual in English and Portuguese a Must! Responsibilities for FRONT DESK POSITION:
Superior level of customer service and friendly demeanor.
Front Desk assistance with patients, phones, appointments, and insurance eligibilities.
Greeting customers over the phone Office organization.
Assisting of patient selection of eyewear products and services Sales and/or selling experience a plus Proficient with data entry.
Data Entry into practice management, EMR systems, and frame RX data entry processing.
Educating patients on various procedures and technologies utilized in the office Overseeing patient flow.
Education:
high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
We will train the right person; however prior experience in a doctors office is a plus.
Efficient computer skills are necessary for the use of EMR, and good data entry/typing skills.

10am-8pm Tuesday:
