PATHS, LLC is currently seeking a Field Representative to work in the Monmouth County area/ Long Branch.
Duties Include:
Assisting patients in applying for Medical Assistance Driving.
Reimbursement for travel expenses provided (i.
e.
mileage, tolls, parking).
Cell phone reimbursement included.
Entering patient homes and communicating with people to obtain patient information Accurately document patient information and completing tasks in a timely manner Transporting supplies to and from client facilities Assisting patients in applying for Medical Assistance and possible other hospital state or federal programs, when applicable.
Interviewing patients in a hospital or office setting to complete necessary forms.
Verifying health insurances.
Working with patients and/or family members, employers, banks and federal/state offices for additional information as needed Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and car insurance Travel and train in our Cherry Hill office Monday - Friday, 8:
00AM to 4:
30PM for 8-12 weeks Bilingual - Spanish/English Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Trustworthy, detail oriented and organized Working knowledge of Microsoft applications:
Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to learn and work with multi-State Medicaid eligibility regulations (previous Medicaid experience a plus) Physical Exam, PPD screening, and immunization records are also required.
Minimum high school diploma or GED is also required.
